●انطلق اليوم، 29 نيسان 2025، المؤتمر الدولي الأول حول الإيزيديين، تحت عنوان: “الإيزيديون، الدين، التراث، التأريخ والجغرافيا”، برعاية كريمة من رئيس حكومة إقليم كوردستان السيد مسرور بارزاني.
●حضر المؤتمر ممثل رئيس حكومة إقليم كوردستان، السيد ريبر أحمد، وزير الداخلية في حكومة الإقليم، إلى جانب حضور واسع من الشخصيات الإيزيدية والكردية والعربية، وعلى رأسها الامير حازم تحسين بك امير الايزيدية ومشاركة باحثين وأكاديميين من عدة دول.
●شاركت النائبة ڤيان دخيل في الجلسة الأولى التي عُقدت تحت عنوان: “مراحل تطور المجتمع الإيزيدي تاريخياً وسياسياً”، والتي ترأسها الدكتور إياد عجاج من كلية العلوم الإنسانية – جامعة دهوك، بمشاركة كل من البروفيسور جان إلهان كيزلهان من ألمانيا، والدكتورة ڤالا فريد إبراهيم، عضو برلمان كوردستان، والباحث الأستاذ زهير كاظم عبود من السويد
وقد شاركت مؤسسة معا لحياة افضل للتنميه البشريه والمجتمعيه في بحث السياسه الجنائيه لقانون الناجيات الايزيديات رقم 8 لعام 2021والمراحل التاريخية التي مر بها المجتمع الإيزيدي، وركّزت على سنوات الألم التي شهد فيها الإيزيديون التهجير والاضطهاد، خاصة في ظل هجمات تنظيم داعش، وما خلّفته من إبادة جماعية ومعاناة مستمرة. كما ناقشت الواقع السياسي الذي يمر به الإيزيديون اليوم، والتحديات المرتبطة بحقوقهم
The First International Conference on the Yazidis, University of Duhok
The first international conference on the Yazidis began today, April 29, 2025, under the title: “The Yazidis, Religion, Heritage, History, and Geography,” under the generous patronage of the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Mr. Masrour Barzani.
The conference was attended by the representative of the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Mr. Rebar Ahmed, Minister of Interior in the Kurdistan Regional Government, along with a wide audience of Yazidi, Kurdish, and Arab figures, headed by Prince Hazim Tahsin Beg, Emir of the Yazidis, and the participation of researchers and academics from several countries. MP Vian Dakhil participated in the first session, titled “The Stages of the Historical and Political Development of the Yazidi Community,” chaired by Dr. Ayad Ajaj from the College of Humanities at the University of Duhok. Professor Jan Ilhan Kizilhan from Germany, Dr. Vala Farid Ibrahim, a member of the Kurdistan Parliament, and researcher Professor Zuhair Kazim Abboud from Sweden also participated. The Together for a Better Life Foundation for Human and Community Development participated in a discussion of the criminal policy of Yazidi Female Survivors Law No. 8 of 2021 and the historical stages through which the Yazidi community has gone. The discussion focused on the painful years during which the Yazidis experienced displacement and persecution, especially in light of the attacks of ISIS and the resulting genocide and ongoing suffering. It also discussed the political reality facing the Yazidis today and the challenges related to their rights.
