شاركت مؤسسة معا لحياة افضل للتنمية البشرية و المجتمعية في الورشة التدريبية المتقدمة لبناء قدرات المنظمات التي تقودها النساء الشريكة والمنضوية تحت مظلة شبكة المرأة للسلام. خلال الفترة من 24 إلى 26 أيلول / ٢٠٢٤
ركزت الورشة على تعزيز المهارات القيادية والتخطيط الاستراتيجي ومناقشة التعديلات القانونية وتأثيرها على الفتيات والنساء، وتأثير التغييرات المناخية على النساء والفتيات مع أنشطة جماعية لتطوير الاستراتيجيات المحلية لدعم الناجيات من العنف والتدريب حول الحساسية الثقافية للاستجابة في العنف ضد النساء والفتيات
As part of the field implementation project for the Advocacy to Action Initiative within the CAFI Program, and supported by the Baghdad Women’s Association in partnership with the Women Empowerment Organization, TBFL Org participated in the advanced training workshop aimed at capacity building for women-led partner organizations under the umbrella of the Women’s Peace Network. The workshop took place from September 24 to 26, 2024.
The workshop focused on enhancing leadership skills, strategic planning, and discussing legal amendments and their impact on girls and women. It also addressed the effects of climate change on women and girls, with group activities aimed at developing local strategies to support survivors of violence. Additionally, it included training on cultural sensitivity in responding to violence against women and girls
