(العمل حول قرار مجلس الأمن الدولي ١٣٢٥قرار بين المفاهيم والأهداف)
نظمت مؤسسة معأ لحياة افضل للتنمية البشرية والمجتمعية يوم الخميس 2/3/2023 ورشة بعنوان العمل حول قرار 1325 وبحضور مشاركين من منظمات المجتمع المدني ومؤسسات حكومية وحضور شعبة تمكين المرأة في ديوان المحافظة كذلك الاستاذ عقيل مراد منسق دائرة المنظمات بابل -كربلاء و حضور قائمقام قضاء الحلة الاستاذ صباح الفتلاوي وحاضرت فيها الدكتورة اكرام عيسى الحسيني أحد أعضاء المؤسسة ومسؤولة لجنة المرأة والطفل وتخللت الورشة تفاعل ومداخلات من قبل المشاركين.
كان الهدف من الورشة التعريف بقرار 1325 على منهاج الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة (وقرار مجلس الأمن الدولي) الذي أصدرته الولايات المتحدة عام 2000 وواجه عراقيل سببت عدم تنفيذه منها تغير حكومات والوزارات أدت إلى ركن القرار إلى جنب وهذا لم تتقبله منظمات مجتمع المدني وبعض المؤسسات التي جاهدت لتفعيلة وإعادة العمل به مع حذف بعض فقرات لا تتلائم مع مجتمعنا منها بلوغ الفتاة سن 18 تترك أسرتها وغيرها من قرارات غير مناسبة لمجتمعنا.
وتم تأكيد على زيادة مشاركة المرأة في جميع جوانب الحياة وخاصة في صنع القرار لتحقيق أهداف على مستوى إقليمي أو دولي أو أممي لأنها نصف المجتمع كذلك زيادة مشاركتها في قوات حفظ السلام كما في الدول الأوربية نرى مشاركة المرأة في اليونسيف أو سفارات أو منظمات إنسانية أو طبية لان المرأة اقرب لهذه الأدوار ولا يجب تعطيل دورها المهم وختمت الورشة على أمل إقامة ورش قادمة مستقبلا.
On Thursday 2/3/2023, Together for Better Life Foundation for Human and Community Development organized a workshop entitled Work on 1325 Resolution, in the presence of participants from civil society organizations and government institutions, and the presence of the Women’s Empowerment Division in the Governorate Court, as well as the presence Mr. Aqil Murad, Coordinator of the Organizations Department, Babylon – Karbala and the District Commissioner of Hilla district, Mr. Sabah Al-Fatlawi, and Dr. Ikram Issa Al-Husseini lectured in it A member of the Foundation and responsible for the Women and Children Committee. The workshop included interaction and interventions by the participants.
The aim of the workshop was to introduce 1325 Resolution on the platform of the United Nations General Assembly (and the Security Council Resolution), which was issued by the United States in 2000 and faced obstacles that caused its non-implementation, including changing governments and ministries, which led to the resolution being side by side, and this was not accepted by civil society organizations and some institutions that struggled To activate it and re-work it with the deletion of some paragraphs that are not appropriate for our society, including the girl reaching the age of 18, leaving her family, and other decisions that are not appropriate for our society.
Emphasis was placed on increasing women’s participation in all aspects of life, especially in decision-making to achieve goals at a regional, international or international level, because they are half of society. Also, increasing their participation in peacekeeping forces, as in European countries, we see women’s participation in UNICEF, embassies, humanitarian or medical organizations because Women are closer to these roles, and their important role should not be disrupted. The workshop concluded with the hope of holding upcoming workshops in the future.
