واقع سيادة القانون في العراق وفق المؤشرات الدولية
مؤسسة معا لحياة افضل للتنمية البشرية عضو شبكة المراة للسلام تبارك مشاركة الشبكة في مؤتمر إعلان وإطلاق دراستي حول: ” واقع سيادة القانون في العراق وفق المؤشرات الدولية”، و ” الإطار القانوني لحق مشاركة النساء والشباب في مواقع صنع القرار (واقع النقابات والاتحادات أنموذجاً)”، ضمن مشروع تعزيز سيادة القانون في العراق، والذي أقامته منظمة المحقق لدعم سيادة القانون والديمقراطية أحدى المنظمات الشريكة في شبكة المرأة للسلام وبحضور ممثلين من المؤسسات الحكومية وغير الحكومية.
إذ ترتكز قضية ترسيخ مبدأ سيادة القانون على مجموعة من العوامل التي تساعد على النهوض لمد جسور الثقة بقدرة القانون على الفصل في المنازعات وحفظ وحماية الحقوق، أو بما يمثله من قدرة على ردع الأفراد من التجاوز على حقوق الآخرين.
ويمثل الإطار القانوني لحق مشاركة الشباب والنساء في مواقع صنع القرار بالنقابات والاتحادات المهنية والعمالية ضرورة لترسيخ الحوكمة وتداول السلطة داخل هذه المؤسسات وإعطاء الفرصة للشباب في صناعة القرار وتطوير المجتمع وتنميته.
خرج المؤتمر بتوصيات مهمة حول ايجاد الوسائل والآليات العملية والفعالة في واقع سيادة القانون من قبل السلطات الثلاثة، كذلك ضمان الحق للشباب والمرأة في الحرية النقابيّة وازالة الحواجز التشريعية التي تمنع ممارسة هذا الحق.

congratulates the network’s participation in a conference announcing my study on: “The reality of the rule of law in Iraq according to international indicators,” and “The legal framework for the right of women and youth to participate in decision-making positions (the reality of trade unions and federations as an example) “, As part of strengthen the rule of law to in Iraq project, which was established by the Al-Muhaqiq Organization to Support the Rule of Law and Democracy, one of the partner organizations in the Women’s Network for Peace, and in the presence of representatives from governmental and non-governmental institutions.
The issue of consolidating the principle of the rule of law is based on a set of factors that help build bridges of confidence in the ability of the law to settle disputes and preserve and protect rights, or in the ability it represents to deter individuals from violating the rights of others.
The legal framework for the right of youth and women to participate in decision-making positions in trade unions and professional and labor federations represents a necessity to consolidate governance and transfer of power within these institutions and give youth the opportunity to make decisions and develop and develop society.
The conference came out with important recommendations about finding practical and effective means and mechanisms in the reality of the rule of law by the three authorities, as well as ensuring the right of youth and women to freedom of association and removing legislative barriers that prevent the exercise of this right.
